they say it'll end at 8pm... I'll just wait for the 8pm news and watch one by one country being armageddon'ed.

Don't worry.
The reason BB10 was delayed until Jan. 30th is because RIM needed all resources dedicated to complete building a device that will save the world from the Mayan apocalypse.
If earth survives Dec 21st, you can all thank Thorsten Heins.

You know I'm kinda disappointed. I never believed the end would come, but it would have been an awesome experience and it would have rid the world of all the stupid people Although I can't say I'm not surprised. Thor probably pushed back the end date to wait for the bb10 release. After all he's done for the platform in the past year saving the world should be a breeze
