A hail to RIM
Well what can I say. My BlackBerry stopped receiving emails but bbm etc was working fine. After having searched the web and the VF UK I was put through to RIM and the service was outstanding
Everyone especially Adam was very helpful and talked me through the troubleshooting. He advised after running diags that my sim card must be faulty and started a conference with Vodafone to get it sorted.
This was super service! Thanks Adam et al at RIM. That was outstanding service! Had to be said if you only read bad news on the web.

Glad to hear your experience was a good one. RIM seems to have made considerable efforts to improve its customer support lately.
