    So I now know my ID password, but when i click log in it thinks for a second then asks for the password again.

    the strange thing is that it states "final attempt id will be locked if incorrect" and it isnt locking the ID, so the password is definitely correct. it simply wont log in.

    Tried over both 4G and WiFi, Log in fine on BBiD website.

    any Ideas?
