Hi

I have been using the mobile Web site for green P for more than a year problem free. On my passport os 10.3.2.2836
Now as of yesterday ,after I login the Web pages don't load correctly.

I called Green p and talked to tech support. I was told that Blackberry was out dated and their is nothing that they can do for me and that I should just use the phone in option.

I insisted that this should be looked into and I emailed them screen shots.

I was just wondering if anyone else uses their mobile Web site.

False alarm

My son had my phone on Saturday and he turned the desktop mode on.

I was going crazy trying to figure out why it stopped working. Then I remembered him saying something to me about desktop mode. I checked and it was on. I turned it off and everything is good now.

I downloaded it last night and tried it out. It works good but I have always been very happy with the BlackBerry browser.

I logged into greenP just to try it out, pretty much the same experience.

May want to call Green P back and let them know their information was false and it works fine on your BlackBerry mobile browser.
