    Was having an issue setting up Exchange email with the new Z10 that I had received @ BlackBerry Live. At the same time I received a notification from BBRY that I had complimentary 14 days of support from BBRY. Needless, to say after two quick calls my issue was resolved by second level support.

    Nice work BBRY. Not sure if the other platforms provide this level of service but I find it impressive.

    It's weird that the NASDAQ ticker symbol BBRY gave you 14 day support.

    Whats with people referring to BlackBerry as BBRY? Heck if you are lazy why don't you the TSX ticker symbol for BlackBerry, BB. Which is just more commonly accepted in the forums anyways.

    Just a pet peeve of mine.

    Glad you got the support necessary to fix your issue.
