Google Maps Latitude will let you track the location of anyone willing to let you track them. It works pretty well when Google Maps is the foreground task. If the person you are tracking puts Google Maps in the background, you will get less frequent and less accurate location updates.
Without permission , i mean after installation we able to track several berry , as it was useful for me to track my fellow employee whereabout in working hours.
