I have been lurking in the background for a month now reading and absorbing the wealth of knowlege available. I have learned much about my 8320 and appreciate all of the information presented.

I am using most of the 8320's capabilities and wish to extend them some more with an external bluetooth GPS receiver. I have a Globalsat unit in mind but also have a question concerning the software end. I am interested in acheiving capabilities such as text to speech for directions similar to what I have with my Garmin Nuvi 750 in the car. Is there a software solution available which will provide spoken turn by turn directions in conjunction with the bluetooth GPS?

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Gene

I don't use them, but I believe Amaze GPS and Nav4All have audible turn by turn directions.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. Or whether these won't work with an external bluetooth GPS.
