Hey - so I'm the BES admin for about 175 blackberry users at the enterprise. I have a particular executive who wishes to have GPS on his blackberry but does not want the TeleNAV for $10/month. We tried google maps but he swears that google maps is worthless since it isn't accurate enough. (Google maps works well for everyone else in the world except this guy). So if he doesn't want to pay $10/month for TeleNAV, does anyone have a good free GPS alternative?
As for Google maps, I had downloaded my wife's and daughters BBs with the app, and both of them were having problems. This didn't improve until I deleted and reinstalled it on both of their BBs, and now it's working nicely. For any other apps, I haven't used any others but BB maps, and I dropped that with the improved Google version.
