    Not really experiencing any issues. Although it's definitely out-dated as compared to Hangouts, for starters I'm glad it still works.

    Though I would prefer if it could at least receive photos.

    It does drain a significant amount of battery even when idle. That was the main reason I stopped using it a week after owning my Z10. Also, as others have commented, it is dated as compared to Hangouts and last I remember, didn't provide basic Gtalk features like staying invisible. Don't think I'm contributing to the OP's question though.

    Since yesterday I'm having an issue with the google talk app - someone sent me a message that appears in the hub. I could not find it when going into the conversation. I cannot mark the message as read or even delete it either. It still pops up in the hub and does not go away. Any ideas?

    I had to log out, restart the app, and log in again, seems to have worked.
