With google calendar I'm pretty sure you have to sync it to outlook first, then sync outlook to your berry. As far as I know the only one that works directly with the blackberry at this time is yahoo. P'raps the next desktop manager will support syncing directly to google calendar

Google calendar works with your BB and Google calendar. No need to sync to Outlook first.
