I've been using my university google apps account with my blackberry for 2 years now and had resigned myself to the annoyance of having to mark emails as unread after reading them on my computer. However we just switched our email to google apps at work and it 2-way sync's just fine, albeit it takes hours to do.

Any tips as to why 2-way sync works on one, but not the other? The only troubleshooting on my university's website says to check the imap settings, but I can't find an option to do that on my BB.
