There really isn't a learning curve people just make it out to be that way. There's only 4 ways to navigate BB10: up, right, left and down. You swipe up to wake the phone, swipe left to get into the app launcher, swipe right to access the hub, and down to access notifications from the homescreen. When you selected an app and you want to get out of it, you just swipe up from the bottom of the app and if you choose to exit just click the 'x' symbol. You can also keep movies or music playing while out of the app and without a call interrupting what you're doing. That is what BlackBerry calls "real multitasking".

EDIT: Oh and I almost forgot, Welcome to your BlackBerry. You can rest assured that BlackBerry isn't going anywhere.

Be patient though because the learning process for bb10 can be tough and frustrating for some. There is a lot that can be done on the phone that the tutorials just don't show. My suggestion would be to read ALOT. There is tons of threads for "how to's" and if there is something you cannot find, just ask away on crackberry. Bb10 is amazing. I love it, and I love all the great things it can do but I know there are a lot of people out there that were so frustrated that they returned the device. I believe that is a big issue for BlackBerry . People who get the phones, don't know how to use them. Anyways, enjoy your Q10 and welcome back to BlackBerry.

Agreed. BB10 is not for the faint of heart, lol. I freaking love the OS. Still am learning new things about it.
