Before you buy be aware and read the description. It's not New, New. It's been a display model for over a year. Also as the OP says 24ct Gold. Read the description and look at the pictures. It's not a Genuine Gold BlackBerry Q10 nor is it Gold plated. It's just a Gold coloured Q10 and the paint is chipped or flacking off. From the description & pictures. In my opinion, the front housing has been replaced.
The Box and accessories are the same as a standard Q10.

All Genuine Gold BlackBerry Q10s come in a totally different Box, with Gold letters, and all Genuine Gold Q10s come with a unique PIN created for the Gold range.

I guess all that glitters isn't gold :-) it also seems too cheap price wise as well. But it's pretty!
