    Default gmail not being pushed to phone? Advice?

    Hi Folks,

    i have the following problem. My Curve is synched via BIS with Gmail. My Carrier is Vodafone Germany. Everytime I send an Email from my BB to my own gmail address, Gmail didn't push the mail onto my Blackberry. When I log on to the gmail Account I see the Mail I send before. Did you also have the Problem? I didn't see any Filters or something.

    you may need to resend the service books.

    I resend the Service Books 2 yesterday and today...nothing changes

    alright try deleting it completely from your bb and readding it.

    hmm you may want to try and contact vondafone tech support. sorry i wasnt much help.

    Have you logged into google to allow you to use pop3?

    Happened to me a few weeks ago but, mine isn't gmail though, I deleted on the device and deleted from the bb server the re add the address again, it worked. For.

    I wiped my bb and readd the User in the BIS and resend the SB's but it didn't work.

    I hope everyone understands the problem. Send mails and receiving still works perfectly. Only when I send an e-mail to myself from my gmail account to my gmail account it will not be pushed.

    Hi Folks,

    this problem is solved and can be closed.

    The reason is the following. The automatic account settings from googlemail.com was the reason. I changed the settings manually to the pop.gmail.com server and changed my E-Mail Adress into ....@gmail.com and not @googlemail.com EVERYTHING WORKS FINE NOW !!! I'm so happy

    I was having this issue yesterday with Vodafone UK.

    I even took my sim out of my 8900 and put it in my Bold and the same thing.

    My mother also on Vodafone UK had problems.

    Mine seems to be ok today, not checked my mother's
