I've read about BIS 3.0 and two-way sync between the BB (I'm using a 9700) and gmail for mail, calendar and contacts.
I've never tied my gmail account to the device, and am wondering if items sent to my gmail would be pushed more or less immediately to the device (like you get with BES) - or if there's a delay.
Also wondering:
If I configure my computer mail client (Entourage) to access gmail via IMAP, does this effectively allow my Mac, gmail and the blackberry to synchronize. Specifically, if I add a contact on the Mac, does it eventually show up on the device (or the other way around).
