How does one get rid of the : colon in the clock at the top of the screen, without getting an entirely new theme? I'm using BB 4.3.
So right now it says 17:16. I want it to say 1716.

You can't. everything in that banner is theme controlled and not
user configurable. Personally I'd like the date to read as 14 Dec
instead of Dec 14, but I haven't found a theme that does that.
Is there a theme that would do that? Preferably an extreme minimalist one.
Couldn't begin to tell you. I never looked for one that does that.
Yep, all of that banner display is theme controlled. The icons, fonts, colors, they all rely on the respective theme.
I'm sorry...but when I read the title, I was like, "Oh no! Not a colectomy right before Christmas!" I was coming in to console.
