Hi everyone:

I have my blackberry tied in to both my work email via BES and my Gmail account via BIS.

Since I activated for BES earlier, while my Gmail mails still load as HTML, I cannot get any images!

I've tried resending service books, battery pulls, deleting and re-creating the account, etc, but I'm at a loss!

I'm currently running 4.5.0.97 on an 8130.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm frustrated I can't take full advantage of my HTML e-mail!

Your BES admin may have it disabled.

Would a BES setting affect e-mail coming through Gmail/BIS?

They told me nothing was disabled when I asked today

Are they running a version of BES that supports HTML email? It is only supported in 4.1 SP6.

No Only the BES Admin can tell you what version of BES you are running, unless you happen to sit in front of the BES box yourself. (I think I recommended that in your post on BBForums.com )

Since your work email is not coming in on HTML then it sounds like your BES is not running 4.1.6
