Go to the CB mobile website and you can download the launcher from there.

In your BB browser type in wap.crackberry.com, no www. Then when the page loads up, click on the install CrackBerry launcher, not the store launcher...

I think the CB launcher can be found at the bottom of the page, under "other options"... well it was last time I looked LOL
