Hi Guys,

I just switched from a Q10 to a Z10. I backed up my Q10 and restored my back up file onto my Z10.

When I tried to send a picture/MMS message, it shows an error message saying, "General Problems."

Does anyone know a solution for this?

So far I've tried the following:

Battery + sim card pull

Changing text message settings in advanced tab from circuit to packet

Both of these didn't work.

Any advice would be helpful.

The only time i get the 'general problems' message is if i try and send an unsupported emoji...

are you sure you have the correct mmsc url and proxy url
