I can't seem to find my BB's email Sent Folder!? Probably right under my nose...Or does it only display them with a check in front of then and not in a seperste folder?
Also, what exactly does "Reconcile Now" do? Will it put the sent email on my BB in the Sent folder on my webmail email client? How about on My local email clients Sent folder?
Thanks!
Jamie

Hi, yes it goes with a check mark in front of it, in the same folder. While the PUSH aspect of BIS/BES email is awesome, the folder handling leaves a lot to be desired.
Test it out for yourself, send yourself and email and see how it appears.
Reconciling? I thought I knew but it wasn't what I thought. Maybe someone will have a definitive and correct answer.
Email will only recocile back to the sent mail folder if you're either using BES when all mail and folders reconciles or if you're using IMAP or certain webmail like gmail.
Go to messages → go to to menu → go to view folder. They are all called inbox without a specific name to match the email but the sent folders are all there

There should be a Sent Items folder if you follow the path above (Messages > MenuKey > View Folder). In any event, a quick way to get there is Alt+o while in Messages.
.
Here are a bunch of message shortcuts including the above:
 Reply (in msg): R
 ReplyAll (in msg): L
 Forward (in msg): F
 Compose (msg list): C
 Show outgoing (msg list): Alt-O
 Show incoming (msg list): Alt-I
Show phone log (msg list): Alt-P
Prev day's msgs (msg list): P
Next day's msgs (msg list): N

Yep, good shortcuts that I use all the time. A few more:
I may be wrong but I believe you only get a Sent folder if you are on BES. I am and have all of my folders that I have on Outlook at work. My BIS account (gmail) does not have any folders.
