I was downloading the new facebook app last night, and it said it would reboot my bb it took forever now the phone just stays on the Tmobile screen like its just turning on! If I turn it off and it comes on it gives me error (uncaughtexception java.lang. multipointer) none of my emails accounts are showing up nor my bb messenger, do I have to wipe it clean and will I lose everything?

this is easy. Just take your back cover off, take your battery out, put it back in, put the cover on and it will reboot itself. And you wont loose a thing.
