Garmin is $99 for a device lifetime license. You can use it as long as you have that BlackBerry. They also hae a $10/month plan, just like TeleNav and other GPS apps. The nice thing is it says street names in the turn-by-turn directions.
You can also go to the Owners Lounge and they sometimes have it for $79 instead.
I tried both AmazeGPS and Goviko. I found that Goviko drained my memory very quickly. Amaze did a good job with directions, etc. (I live in Atlanta) so I think that's the app I'll use. It didn't have memory issues like Goviko.
I don't think Goviko really shuts itself off after you exit the app.
Does anyone have tips for stopping the memory drain with Goviko?
LIke the Govik way better than Amazegps.... Very clean and fast.
