if im on wifi can i use the browser at no charge? note: i dont have the internet plan on my phone

Browser > press the BB/menu button > Options > General Options > change the browser to hotspot browser.

I'm using T-Mobile, and if you have a WiFi source that doesn't charge for use (i.e. your house), using the browser to surf is free.

zwood posted the following link (OP bmcclure937) in another WiFi topic awhile back. It helped me establish a working connection, in case it's acting finicky.
