My wife jsut found an older model BB in the parking lot. It is locked atm, how do I get the owner info? I don't know the model yet, she just said it was an older one with the side wheel.

take it to a store for that provider and they will contact the owner by looking up the esn on it. They won't (shouldn't) give you any account information.
