Apparently when you set up email on a BB u have register with BB. I don't remember my username and password. How can I retrieve this? I tried the forgot password but I can't remember my username lol. I just want to access my yahoo emails again.
i had this same problem when i tried to change my password online & then changed it back b/c i thought i wouldnt remember it. then i couldn't get/send email from my bb and when i tried to request my password it took about 3 months for them to send it to my bb and it still won't work! i keep meaning to take it back to my service provider but i keep forgetting....
