Hi all,

While going through the account adding process on my Z10, I tried to add my vzw.blackberry.net email address but it wouldn't allow me and instead gave me an email forwarding page. I think this is expected since sadly the BIS emails are no longer valid. Anyway, my problem is I forgot the password to the BIS email and now my account is locked. Does anyone know how to reset it? I tried the "Forgot Password?" link at https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw using both the user name and PIN methods, but I never received a message.

If you still have your old BlackBerry and haven't wiped it yet, your only option may be to reactivate it and get the BIS password reset emails sent to the old phone.

Thanks for the tip. I may try this route since two calls to Verizon yielded failure.
