I have 500 very secret pictures on my Flash Drive and Wanted to use my BlackBerry Media Card as a backup for these pictures. If I go and make a new folder on my Media Card and Hide it while im on the computer so that when you explore the media card on my BB it will not show. Is there anyway someone can get around that and still view the pictures?

And what about if I do not enable Encryption on the media card? If someone pulls the media card will it allow them to view the files or any media on the Card?

haha, well ya know..... im just sayin....

at any rate, im sure if someone knew exactly what they were looking for on your media card, they could find it somehow. however, seeing as no one will even think to look on there for anything in particular, i would think youd be pretty much ok as far as protection goes.

When I connect the BB to the comp it says mass storage and asks for a password. i was wondering if u took the card out and put it in the comp would it still do that?

i wouldnt think that theres any way that the media card would be password protected.

Correct me if I'm wrong... encryption is not the same thing as a password.
