I had a few issues with my BlackBerry ID before.

Was able to fix it with a quick google search, and found may solutions at BlackBerry.com.

Some user errors, and some requiring some steps.

One time i simply typed in the wrong password too many times, similar problem with other accounts.

Without telling us what the problems were or how you resolved them, I'm not sure what kind of responses you expect from the crackberry nation in this thread.

I saw a post somewhere with some negative issues with BlackBerry ID issues. Instead of being specific, I directed the user to areas of good resources like crackberry. And BlackBerry technical support forum but through a positive headline.

Teach a man to fish versus give a man a fish.

Crackberry is awesome... not like the "Bad Girls gone Reporting" guys.
