    This is not my opinion. I have been informed mine is not allowed. According to informed contributors we will get 10.2 possibly August September or October and yes 2013. In the mean time feel free to download leaked versions but be prepared to use your phone as a door stop should things go awry. 2+2=4 duhhh in everyone's opinion.
