Its sad to watch… BB10 is a great OS in so many ways, but even for BlackBerry the rollout of 10.3.1 has been probably their most badly botched software rollout to date IMO. Its really even turning off the die hards at this point.

I'm concerned this may be one of the final nails in the coffin for the consumer side of BlackBerry…. Not good.

So much drama for nothing... no bugs in 10.3.1 are that bad. Most people don't have them either or most are fixed with an OS reload.

Loving 10.3 on my Z10. I don't understand people that complain about everything. It looks awesome, the features are great and my battery life has improved by 20%. I feel like I have a new phone again. Keep it coming BlackBerry. This is the best OS on the market today, hands down!

Funny, the bugs ios8 had and the update to fix it caused even more bugs so apple had to pull off the update and had to make another update......
Sounds more worse than 10.3.1.......

As someone who is yet to receive the software, yes, this Rollout of the new software sucks. Nothing wrong with not getting it on the 1st day- but it would be nice to know exactly when to expect it.

Agreed. Overly dramatic proclamations are not new to CB, but it looks like most did not comprehend this one.

Btw OP, it's probably a little early to declare this the worst roll out. I'm sure Verizon is perfecting the roll out as always., to avoid the need for a "maintenance" roll out.

I must be imagining the many threads reporting bugs, bricked devices, no update at all on Shop BB devices 4+ days after the roll-out, and some carriers rolling it out at the end of March due to problems in testing then… Oh, and of course everyone was happy to wait 7 months for the new OS after it was first released on the Passport.

Good to know its all in my head, and BlackBerry is actually doing a stellar job and has nothing to worry about at all!!

We do not have enough information to judge. On a forum, you will always hear disproportionately from people having issues. Just check out Apple and Android sites after major upgrades.

As far as the carrier roll out, I think this is one of the best ever. They got a majority of the carriers on board on day 1 or 2. Just ask Android users about Lollipop. It's been out for months and most still don't have it yet - and they may never get it.
