I Have just picked up a 9360 for my wife (great looking phone) and all appears to be working well except for Emails.

I have set up the phone and it recognises my home Wifi (displays wifi name on screen name and shows connection strength is good), when I try to configure Email I get the following screen message:

Your connection to the mobile network is turned on but you are not in a wireless coverage area.

If my home wifi is on and connected, why can I not set up an Email and can anyone help with a fix please??

I don't have wifi myself but I'm curious to know if you activated BIS (blackberry internet service) on the device. Without it emails won't come through when you are roaming.
