    when i start my phone, i always get prompted 3/10 password attempts.

    How can I get raid of this?

    I would disable the password feature. Settings>Options>Password>Switch to Disable.

    If you want to then enable this feature again, give it a try. See if cycling the feature will fix the problem.

    i can disable the password feature. Seems like some IT policy is applied on my phone
