    I recently unlocked my curve 8900 and want to factory wipe my phone and update the os. Will it lose the unlock?

    I am also having trouble manually changing the time/date but it won't let me for some reason?

    did you look in the setup wizard and change it from network to manual?

    And you shouldn't need to reset to manual if the correct time zone has been selected.

    ... it's not correct or they want to override it for a reason.
