After my Hub refused to load after 5 hours, I decided that the best way to fix the problem woud be to do a factory reset. Fortunately, I had resently backup my info. But it's taking its sweet time. Two days to get to 98%. I want to bed at that percentage and have woken up to it. It's not frozen, is this normal?

    Normal.... no.

Sadly it seems to happen a lot.

You can try removing the battery (if that's possible - you didn't list your device), maybe it will continue...

If it stays stuck or brick it (just OS missing error)... in either case you'll need to reload your OS. Possible you could use LINK to reload the OS, more likely using an Autoloader is what you'll need to do...

Pulling out battery during factory reset will surely brick the OS and you will have to reload OS.
