I used below mentioned trick to download videos from facebook until last week but its not working now.
Its from crackberry

Open your Facebook in the browser and click on the video when it starts playing press the back button it will make the video small giving you the option of menu on bottom right corner click it and press save page it will save the video in the directory you will chose and your video is downloaded sorry there is no simple way to do it. Hope it helped

The problem I have is we can't upload a video to Facebook any more. We have three different blackberry phones and you can't do it on any of them
