My brothers passport is also having issues with the Facebook app not updating properly. If Blackberry wants to have their own core social apps, then they need to update them in a timely manner to avoid these types of issues, no excuse for having issues like these this far along in OS10.

I just tweeted Blackberryhelp with a link to this thread. Hopefully that will help with a fix. Maybe the more direct feedback they get about it, the quicker it will be fixed.

Looks like Blackberry is a few steps behind Facebook and cannot catch up with it. May have to redo the whole app altogether.

Still not working for me. News feed is just a series of other people's likes. It's even mixed up pictures and attached them to the wrong posts! Dire.

We have three different blackberry phones. A passport, a z30 and a q10 and we cannot upload a video to facebook from any of them. The facebook app needs a serious update!!

Okay. Let's have a lesson on the Internet. You can actually use the web browser to go to the mobile FB site and save the shortcut to your home screen. I know it may be old school - but there are some pretty neat things that don't require an app!

I can't believe that in this day and age there are people who can't think beyond some app or other! Really people!

Unfortunately yes the facebook app on other platforms does work better than the blackberry facebook app. Not saying they are perfect but they are a lot better and when they do have issues they typically get resolved in a reasonable amount of time.
I'm not knocking blackberry believe me I love my blackberry.

Well I have heard many complaints about FB apps on various platforms. I see little point in using an app when the mobile site works so well. Why one would assume that an app is better is beyond me. Just sayin'...
