I am having issues with my Sprint Tour 9630 (trackball related) and will be exchanging it for a new unit tomorrow but I wasn't sure exactly what steps are needed to ensure the device is cleaned properly as I have important and confidential data on it.
Is there a standard procedure, I searched and couldn't find any info. Your thoughts?
Options>Security Options>General Settings>hit BB menu key>select "wipe handheld"...this will delete everythin on your device and restore it back to factory settings like if it was jus out the box
