I feel bad for him trying to figure out how to use that Android BlackBerry. LOL.

You'd think the ceo would of had a quick run through before being caught on camera fumbling about like he's never seen a phone before.

Jaysus! It was painful to watch! Please keep him on the financials and not the demos!

I'd hardly call that a demo. More like "Look, I know how to open up the slider on this phone but beyond that I'm clueless."

You ought to think he had time to use it beforehand.

Actually you win nothing, if you listened to Chen, he states it was a demo device, which means unless you have setup the device and accounts, you can't access anything.

That video is cringe worthy. It took him more than one taps of an app icon just to launch it, smh. He never should have brought it out for a show and tell without having the device and himself prepped better. Just the 2nd impromptu marketing fail in the day from Chen, after the announced name for the new device.

I like the device and I do agree that the CEO should have been more familiar with the company's product.

When they did a close up of the device with the screen and keyboard, I like what I saw and I buying it as soon as they release the device to the Blackberry store.

The best moment was Chen tried to swipe up from the bottom to get out of apps. He has BB10 in his blood hahaha.

Truly cringe worthy, I was looking forward to a nice rundown of the phone, a quick look at the UI, Hub, Camera, play a 4K video (to show off the media and hardware capability), and maybe loading the Web browser.

What we got was a CEO who seems clueless of his company's product, a bit concerning.

The leaked overview video made it look better and showed how clean and stock the UI was.
