    Hi All,

    Im having a different problem than every thread i have read: An user have a lists of rules to move mail in the desktop, from inbox to serveral other folders. Normally the emails would appear the the blackberry and then disappear from the device after the outlook rule have move it to other folders, but in this case the emails stay in the blackberry after outlook moved them.
    Any of you have an idea of what can i do to fix this?

    -My company is using BES 4.1
    -its a Blackberry 9360
    -The mail reconciliation is active for both device and desktop and the wireless sync is on.
    -In the redistribution folders the inbox and the sent messages are checked.

    This problem started after a resync because the user reported that he wasnt getting all his mails in the blackberry (but the rules were working)

    Any help will be much appreciated!

    Have you clicked sync within the BlackBerry Hub? Cause BlackBerry receives emails immediatly, but syncs the folder with the given interval. So if you move emails, the BlackBerry will show after syncing

    Hi, its not a Blackberry 10, it doesnt have Blackberry hub, just the main inbox. The mails stay in the inbox forever until the user delete them
