I am trying to change my "read recipt" settings.

For some reason my login is not working to change my email settings. How can i get my login? is the user name my email address?

The username and password are not the same as your email address. If you don't remember what you're username is, I think the only way to get it back is by calling your carrier.

IIRC, there are no read receipt settings in the BIS site. There are a few under Messages > Options > Email Settings though.

That's right. The read receipt sending and requesting is all done from the phone itself, not BIS
