    I have been using the Blackberry Curve. I set up my email account on the phone which was happyappy93@att.blackkberry.net. Now I just bought the Blackberry Bold and I can't get my email to switch over to my new phone. How do I get that same email on my new phone???

    That is something you will need to have tech-support do. I just called Verizon and they switched mine on the backend from one phone to another.

    1. Log into the BIS service site of your carrier: BlackBerry - BlackBerry Internet Service Support

    2. Click on change device, and enter the new PIN and IMEI (Options->Status)

    3. Go to Service Books and click resend.

    That should work.

    That should work.
    this would be your best bet. if you are unsure of your username and password ATT should be able to assist with that.
