    Please can someone help me out here ! My blackberry 9800 is working just fine but I have a problem with it . If I try to fill any form online that requires me to fill in my email address, it will tell me that my email is invalid , I have tried all my email accounts and get the same reply even as the email is activated on the phone and I receive emails on the phone ? What and how can I resolve this . Please u can email [email protected] or pin:28537CB1 please .

    It would help if you could point us to one of the sites so we can test.

    Try cleaning the cache and reloading the page. Also make sure you are adding the @ and . Instead of "p" and "m". Keep in mind that some sites do not accept free webhosted emails in order to prevent dumb/ghost accounts.

    And welcome to the forums (but keep in mind, this is a FORM issue, not an email issue - clear thread titles help get clear replies!).
