Sorry for the vague title, but I didn't know how to phrase the question in the title.
My company will some times send an email to EVERYONE in our company, which is currently 1000+ people.
When we send this email out, the email does not go to the BlackBerry phones that many of our employees have, regardless of carrier.
I have been corresponding with a rep from RIM, but he has been very little help in this matter.
We thought that maybe the header of the email was so large that it was exceeding the email size limitation (5MB, correct?), and therefore not being forwarded to the BlackBerry.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
