i am having some issues with my BB9330. I recently recieved an email saying,"action required: validate password" i tried to log into the blackberry internet service web site to enter my username and password and i got a reply that stated my user name and password don't exsist. my phone is a special tool that i need daily, can anyone help me regain the ability to recieve my emails? thank you in advance.
Did you change your account password on a pc. I have experienced the same thing after doing just that. I solved the problem by logging in through my BB's Email Settings folder, deleting and recreating my accounts. If you edit your accounts on a Pc the BB will remain unchanged. All editing should be done through the BB.
