    So sprint can't unlock my blackberry.net account and BlackBerry tech support are clueless,what are my options?i have 10 days.i can't buy any games due to being permanentally locked out of the blackberry id account.Mind you,i put the correct password in.i have the q10.the rep got the recovery going but since it goes to blackberry.net we can't get to the email to reset my password and I really don't want to leave this great platform.

    Look at BBRY's site for BB World support links.
    Go through them to change the email address of your BBID.

    If you can't find that, try searching some different keywords here:
