I just bought the z10,and I'm really enjoy it,but in my email inbox,when I highlight the message, and then save it in my work folder, I go back into the work folder and it's not there,what Em I doing wrong geez

Is there a refresh or anything like that for that folder? If you refresh it, does it show then?

If you go online, do you see said folders? If yes, do you see the email that you moved there?
