Hello,

I have a new Bold and there is one thing that bugs me. The email count says 2 after I look at every folder and there are none that I have not opened. I have even removed the battery but it still show 2.
Any solutions?

I have missed "missed call" messages. For some reason I find them easy to overlook. Have you tried pressing the letter U ("unread") when in the message list?
