Often email that I view on my blackberry contains numerous links to web addresses that do not show up on the email if I view it in Outlook which shows graphics instead. Is this common is there a way for the graphics to show up rather than the addresses?

In your email settings under options, set Enable HTML Email to Yes and Download Images Automatically to Yes. The only problem is that this won't download all pictures automatically for security reasons. Sometime you have to press the BB key and select Get Images.

If your on a BES, your company must be running Exchange 2007 to get HTML email. Exchange 2003 will not work.

If you're on BIS, use ArmaK's suggestion.
