I'm so addicted to my blackberry that I call it my booberry haha. One time I droped it from a two foot and I gotta say it almost brought a tear to my eye :/

I must be addicted because I keep telling my wife how handy to keep connected with my business clients. Or am I just trying to justify the cost of my toys? No it's the first thought I'm sure. Am I that sure? Yes, yes I'm sure!
I didn't think I was addicted, but someone wanted to borrow my phone, and I had a separation-anxiety attack. And, an addict can't be controlled, only encouraged.
Oh yeah, I'm an addict and isn't it just loverly!!
I am able to control it just enough that I don't use up all of my hubby and my shared minutes, but I do use about 90% of them!

This isn't a NICE story, but it may even help some of you someday! I have quite a few applications on my phone. Well, every once in a while when I get a frozen application, or some kind of error requiring you to do a soft reset, my phone FREEZES!! It restarts, and ends with a white screen giving me 1 option to click: "RESET". it's a continuous cycle.
So the solution I found was to hook it up to the computer, and start your application loader from the Desktop Mgr. It will catch the phone in the right spot by itself, and show you what's on the phone. Start removing java applications one at a time, starting with ones you've installed recently. Then reset your phone. Eventually, this will solve the problem, and your phone will go back to normal, and it WILL keep all your information!
Don't bother trying to back up your phone when it's in this state, it won't happen. Then you can reinstall your applications that you've deleted.
To control the blackberry addiction, don't buy one.
My favourite addiction is receiving my life in a 1.3 inch screen at font size 8 and not having to hit refresh on my life.
