I have an 8300. The sound is okay but not as clear as all my previous phones, so if someone has any issues at the other end, I may have a really hard time hearing them. I've heard from others that they have had the same issue. anyone know how to get a better earphone inside the phone? I've been offered a rebuilt replacement, but my concern is they verizon has no ide what they're doing and it would just be a wild attempt to see if it's any better.
